Deutsche Telekom is expanding the availability of LogicMonitor within its managed services portfolio across selected European markets, including DACH, Benelux, and the Nordics. The move builds on successful operational use in the United Kingdom and strengthens Deutsche Telekom’s ability to deliver predictive resilience for increasingly complex enterprise IT environments.
Enterprise infrastructure is becoming more distributed, cloud-based, and business-critical. For Deutsche Telekom, this means service assurance must increasingly move beyond reactive monitoring toward earlier detection, faster insight, and more proactive operational control.
Since 2023, LogicMonitor has supported Deutsche Telekom’s service teams in the United Kingdom, improving visibility across network, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure environments. The operational experience gained from these deployments is now being used to support broader service enablement across additional European markets.
From a Deutsche Telekom perspective, the expanded partnership strengthens end-to-end service assurance across traditional networks, SD-WAN, and cloud-managed services. LogicMonitor complements Deutsche Telekom’s existing service management, monitoring, and security tooling by providing continuous visibility into service health and AI-driven insights for engineering teams.
In the United Kingdom, the partnership has already contributed to measurable operational improvements. These include
- the prevention of 19 major incidents that could have affected production environments
- a reduction in reporting times from days to minutes
- real-time, AI-driven insights delivered directly to engineering teams
- more proactive, automated incident detection and response to help prevent service disruptions
For Deutsche Telekom, the expansion supports the continued development of a modular, vendor-agnostic managed services portfolio. By scaling proven UK outcomes across Central and Northern Europe, Deutsche Telekom can bring AI-first observability capabilities to more customer environments and service lines.
“Enterprise customers don’t want more dashboards. They want certainty,” said Matt Tuson, GM EMEA, LogicMonitor. “Our expanded partnership with Deutsche Telekom shows how Autonomous IT becomes practical at scale. When teams can anticipate issues instead of reacting to them, resilience becomes predictable. Together, we’re helping enterprises eliminate surprises and deliver resilient, future-ready infrastructure.”
Conrad Riedesel, Vice President, Deutsche Telekom Global Business, stated: “As our customers’ environments become more distributed and business-critical services increasingly depend on uninterrupted performance, predictive resilience becomes essential.” He continued: “Expanding our partnership with LogicMonitor strengthens the digital foundation our customers rely on to modernise operations, accelerate cloud adoption, and bring new services to market faster. It allows us to deliver greater operational stability while giving our customers the assurance they need to focus on innovation and growth.”
The expanded availability of LogicMonitor is part of Deutsche Telekom’s broader approach to managed services: combining partner technologies with Deutsche Telekom’s operational expertise, governance, and global delivery capabilities. For enterprise customers, this means greater visibility, faster reporting, and earlier detection of potential service issues across complex hybrid IT and network environments.
